Rumah makan siap saji (bahasa Inggris: fast food restaurant) adalah rumah makan yang menghidangkan makanan dan minuman dalam waktu relatif singkat dari pemesanan sampai penyajian kepada pelanggan. Umumnya sajian berupa burger atau ayam goreng.

Kebanyakan rumah makan cepat yang beroperasi di Indonesia adalah berupa waralaba atau cabang dari perusahaan asing. Selain itu terdapat juga beberapa rantai rumah makan cepat dari Indonesia, seperti Ayam Goreng Mbok Berek, Ayam Goreng Fatmawati, dan Ayam Goreng Suharti.
