เฮลล์อินเอเซลล์ แมทช์ (Hell in a Cell) เป็นรูปแบบการปล้ำในกรงเหล็กเฮลล์อินเอเซลล์ โดยถูกใช้ครั้งแรกในศึกแบคบลัด 5 ตุลาคม ปี ค.ศ. 1997 มีความสูง 16 ฟุต แต่หลังจากนั้นได้มีการเพิ่มความสูงถึง 20 ฟุต มีน้ำหนัก 5 ตัน ซึ่งจะมีนักมวยปล้ำ 2 - 6 คน อยู่ในนั้น โดยสามารถจับกดหรือทำให้ผู้ต่อสู้ยอมแพ้ได้ คนนั้นจะเป็นผู้ชนะ กรงเหล็กเฮลล์อินเอเซลล์แตกต่างกับกรงเหล็กสตีลเคจ ที่ว่าถ้าผู้ต่อสู้ออกจากกรงเหล็กเฮลล์อินเอเซลล์ ถือว่าไม่ผลต่อการตัดสินแพ้ชนะได้โดยสู้กันต่อจนกว่าจะมีผู้ชนะ
