แนชเป็นแชมป์โลก 6 สมัย (แชมป์ WCW 5 สมัย^[11] และแชมป์ WWE 1 สมัย^[12]) แชมป์แท็กทีม 11 สมัย (แชมป์โลกแท็กทีม WCW 9 สมัย และแชมป์แท็กทีม WWE 2 สมัย^[13]) และแชมป์อินเตอร์คอนติเนนทัล^[14] นอกจากนี้เขายังชนะในแมตช์การปล้ำศึก WCW World War 3 ประจำปี 1998 อีกด้วย

แนชได้กลับมาปล้ำในรอยัลรัมเบิล (2011) โดยร่วมปล้ำแมตช์รอยัลรัมเบิลที่มีนักมวยปล้ำ 40 คน โดยออกมาปล้ำเป็นลำดับที่32 แต่ก็ไม่ชนะในแมตช์นี้ ซึ่งถูกเหวี่ยงออกนอกเวทีโดย เวด บาร์เร็ตต์^[15]

ในซัมเมอร์สแลม (2011) แนชได้ออกมาทำร้ายซีเอ็ม พังก์ โดยใส่ท่า Jackknife Powerbomb จึงทำให้อัลเบร์โต เดล รีโอใช้กระเป๋าสิทธิ์ชิงแชมป์ WWE กับพังก์ หลังจากที่ชนะจอห์น ซีนา และเดล รีโอก็คว้าแชมป์ WWE สมัยแรกไปได้
