Miss World 2010, adalah kontes Miss World ke-60 yang diselenggarakan pada 30 Oktober 2010 [1] di Sanya, Republik Rakyat Tiongkok;[1] setelah Vietnam mengundurkan dari dari kontrak penyelenggaraan.[4] Pada akhir acara, Miss World 2009, Kaiane Aldorino dari Gibraltar, memahkotai penggantinya, Alexandria Mills dari Amerika Serikat sebagai Miss World 2010. Sebagai bagian dari perjanjian hosting, panitia telah sepakat untuk menghabiskan lebih dari US$ 10 juta untuk kegiatan amal. Kontes ini juga menjadi kontes yang terbesar sepanjang sejarah Miss World dengan partisipasi dari semua pemenang Miss World pada masa lalu.
