巴莫鳄属

巴莫鳄属（学名：Biarmosuchus）是种早期兽孔目动物，生存二叠纪晚期的俄罗斯彼尔姆州，约2亿6700万年前。巴莫鳄的化石发现于河相砂岩层，该沉积层是由河流冲刷年轻的乌拉山脉而成。巴莫鳄具有修长的四肢，是最原始的似哺乳爬行动物之一。眼睛后方有大型洞孔，与其它原始似哺乳爬行动物的小型洞孔不同，因此巴莫鳄的咬合力可能较小，但仅止于理论上的推测。巴莫鳄的身长可达2到2.5米^[1]。

巴莫鳄的上颌有8颗小型门齿，以及6颗犬齿，其中5颗较小。巴莫鳄的上颌计有14颗牙齿，下颌有12颗较小的牙齿。
