Vexillum Scotiae (Gadelice Bratach na h-Alba,[1] Scotice Banner o Scotland), etiam Crux Sancti Andreae et breviter Anglice Saltire appellatum, est vexillum nationale Scotiae.[2][3] Secundum legendas, Sanctus Andreas, apostolus et martyr Christianus, sanctus patronalis Scotiae, Patris in urbe Achaea cruci affictus est. Usitata eius martyrii imago, apostolum cruci decussatae affictum exhibens, primum in Regno Scotiae anno 1180 apparuit, Gulielmo I ibi regnante.
