キランタイサウルス（Chilantaisaurus、「吉蘭泰のトカゲ」の意味）は後期白亜紀に現在の北アジアに生息したテタヌラ類の獣脚類恐竜の属の一つである。化石は中国、内モンゴル自治区にある烏梁素海層（英語版）の後期白亜紀チューロン期、9200万年前の地層から発見されている。タイプ種C. tashuikouensisは1964年に胡寿永により記載された^[1]。大型の獣脚類であり、全長は11m^[2]から13m^[3]、体重は2.5 t^[4]もしくは4 t^[5]と推定されている。近年、Brusatte et al. (2010)では大腿骨の長さから6 tと推定されている^[6]。

キランタイサウルスは最初、胡によりアロサウルスに近縁種のカルノサウルス類と考えられた^[1]。後続の研究では前肢にスピノサウルス上科（Spinosauroidea）に特徴的な大きな鉤爪を持つため、このグループに属し、おそらくその原始的なメンバーである可能性が示唆された^[7]^[8]^[9]。他の研究ではアロサウルス上科、スピノサウルス上科、コエルロサウルス類との類似性からテタヌラ類の別の側枝のメンバーであると示唆された^[10]。2009年の研究では同じ累層で発見されたカルノサウルス類のシャオキロン（Shaochilong）と同じ動物である可能性が排除することは困難であると指摘した。しかし、両者の間にかなりの大きさの違いがある^[11]。 Benson、CarranoおよびBrusatteによるその後の研究によれば、シャオキンロングには最初に考えられたほど近縁ではないが、カルノサウルス類（特にネオヴェネトル科）であり、胡が最初に考えたように、アロサウルスに近縁であると分かった^[4] 。

Porfiriらによる2018年の研究では基盤的コエルロサウルス類とされた^[12]。

Naish と Cau による 2022 年の研究では、キランタイサウルスはティラノサウルス上科内に置かれたメガラプトル類に配置されている^[13]。

わずかな化石に基づいて他にいくつかの種が記載されている。Chilantaisaurus? sibiricusはロシア、ブリヤート自治ソビエト社会主義共和国にあるTurginskaya Svitaの前期白亜紀（バレミアン期-オーテリビアン期）の地層から発見された単一の第四中足骨に基づいている^[14]^[15]。この記載は情報に乏しく、正確な類縁関係を決定することは出来ない(Chure, 2002)。 "Chilantaisaurus" maortuensisは2009年にShaochilong maortuensisに再分類された^[11]。"Chilantaisaurus" zheziangensisとされる化石はテリジノサウルス類のものである可能性があり、実際にはナンシュンゴサウルスのホロタイプと同じ個体の化石かもしれない。
