A Football Association Community Shield, antigamente Charity Shield e tamén chamada Supercopa de Inglaterra, é un trofeo anual xogado en Inglaterra, onde xogan o campión da Premier League e a FA Cup da pasada tempada. Se un equipo fai un dobrete, é dicir gaña ambos títulos o mesmo ano, entón participaría o segundo clasificado da liga. O partido xógase ao comezo da tempada, tradicionalmente en Wembley.

A copa xogouse por primeira vez na tempada de 1908-09, substituíndo á Sheriff of London Charity Shield, que se empezara a xogar en 1898, con todo a Sheriff of London Charity Shield reapareceu máis tarde nalgunhas ocasións xunto á Charity Shield. Os partidos desta competición eran profesionais contra afeccionados. O primeiro partido foi entre o Manchester United (profesionais) e Queens Park Rangers (afeccionados). A competición nesa época non estaba moi considerada e os partidos eran informais.
Despois dos partidos de profesionais contra afeccionados o formato de competición foi evolucionando gradualmente en partidos entre os gañadores da liga e a copa. Porén, houbo excepcións, como na edición de 1950, onde xogaron a selección de Inglaterra do mundial contra o gañador da Copa. A data do xogo foi movida ao comezo da tempada en 1959, e en 1974 o secretario da FA, Ted Croker, creou o formato actual cos partidos sempre sendo xogados entre o gañador da liga e a copa no estadio nacional e os ingresos destinados a caridade (de aí o nome inglés da competición, Charity Shiel, ou Copa da Caridade). O partido é decidido no mesmo día con tempo extra e penaltis se preciso, aínda que entre 1975 e 1993 compartíase o trofeo se se empataba ao final do tempo de xogo.
Coa formación dunha nova liga, a Premier League en 1992, a Shield pasou a disputarse entre o gañador da Premier League e a FA Cup. A competición foi renomeada como Community Shield no ano 2002, sendo unha pequena cantidade destinada á caridade, mentres que o demais é para reformar a competición. O equipo máis laureado da competición é o Manchester United, gañador en 21 ocasións. A maior cantidade de goles nunha final foi o Manchester United goleando 8-4 a Swindon Town, en 1911.
