Watkins Glenin 6 tunnin ajo (6 Hours of Watkins Glen) on moottoriurheilun kestävyyskilpailu, joka ajetaan Watkins Glen Internationalin moottoriradalla Yhdysvalloissa. Ensimmäinen kestävyyskilpailu siellä ajettiin vuonna 1948. Kilpailu kestää nimensä mukaisesti 6 tuntia. Suomalaisista kilpailun voittoa on juhlinut Leo Kinnunen vuonna 1970. Vuodesta 2014 alkaen kilpailu on kuulunut WeatherTech SportsCar Championship -sarjaan.
