酸辣汤,是起源于中国四川省[原创研究?]的食品,也是开胃食品之一。台湾亦常见于面食或水饺锅贴店贩卖。[1]
酸辣汤常见主要食材有笋、冬菇、肉丝、蛋花、木耳、猪红、豆腐。以太白粉勾芡,并以黑醋、胡椒粉、或干辣椒与麻油调味,传到台湾则是加入了猪血条。[2][3][4]。有人相信酸辣汤具有醒酒的功效。
