协兴建筑有限公司（简称协兴），于1961年3月创立，为香港上市公司新创建的全资附属公司，是香港一间著名建筑公司，主要承办香港政府及私人地产发展商的建筑外判事务及其母公司的建筑工程；在新世界发展辖下专责建造其地产项目的新世界建筑有限公司（协盛建筑）成立以前，协兴亦负责建造新世界的地产项目。

2011年6月30日，协兴手头工程总额为201亿港元，当中的69亿为政府工程（占34％），78亿为新世界发展的工程（占39％），余下的54亿为其他发展商的工程（占27％）[1]。
