志村五郎

志村五郎（日語：志村 五郎／しむら ごろう ^{Shimura Gorō}，1930年2月23日—2019年5月3日），日本數學家，出生在靜岡縣濱松市，畢業於東京大學，也是普林斯頓大學名譽教授，其主要研究數論、自守形式及算術幾何^[1]。

志村五郎在數學上的貢獻包括志村簇及阿貝耳簇的複數乘法（英語：Abelian variety of CM-type）。他和谷山豐共同提出的谷山-志村猜想是解決費馬最後定理的核心。他聽到安德魯·懷爾斯證明費馬最後定理的第一反應是「我已經告訴過你了」^[2]。
