Georg Johan Knap (født 20. november 1831 i Fredrikshald, død 13. oktober 1907 i Tønsberg) var en norsk skipsreder og politiker (H).

Knap var ordfører i Tønsberg i 1884 og 1888 og var innvalgt til Stortinget fra Tønsberg 1895–1897.
Han tok styrmannseksamen i 1852 og fikk borgerskap i Tønsberg 1859. Fra 1861 til 1870 var han skipsfører, senere skipsreder. Han var dansk visekonsul fra 1893 til 1904.
Han ble i 1899 utnevnt til ridder av 1. klasse av St. Olavs Orden. Han ble også tildelt fransk æresmedalje i gull.
