Annette Sjursen (født 28. april 1962) er en norsk regissør, dramatiker, journalist og forfatter.

Sjursen har arbeidet som journalist i VG, Dagbladet, Dagsrevyen og Morgenbladet, senere som film- og teateranmelder. Hun har også jobbet for som informasjonssjef for Festspillene i Bergen[1].
Etter dette begynte hun i filmbransjen. Sjursen har skrevet og regissert flere kortfilmer, deriblant «Dublin i regn». Hun skrev sammen med Lars Saabye Christensen manuset til spillefilmen Min misunnelige frisør, som hun også regisserte. Filmen hadde kinopremiere i 2004, og Sjursens regi vant juryens spesialpris ved Filmfestivalen i Mannheim-Heidelberg. Hovedrolleinnhaver Bjørn Sundquist vant prisen for beste skuespiller under den nordiske filmfestivalen i Rouen i 2005.[2] Sjursen skrev og regisserte deretter spillefilmen Pax, som hun også omarbeidet til en roman utgitt på Kagge Forlag[1]. Sjursen startet senere rådgivningsfirmaet Mental Power, som hun driver ved siden av arbeidet med nye filmprosjekter.[2]
