Kroměříž (tysk: Kremsier, polsk: Kromieryż) er en by i regionen Zlín i Tsjekkia. Den ligger øst i landet, ikke langt fra grensen til Slovakia. Byen er best kjent for Kroměříž slott som er oppført på UNESCOs verdensarvliste. Byen har rundt 29 000 innbyggere.

Kroměříž vokste frem som en markedslandsby. I 1110 ble den kjøpt av Biskopen av Olomouc. Det var biskopen Bruno von Schaumburg (1241 - 1281) som gjorde Kroměříž til sentrum for de biskoplige besittelser i Mähren. Han begynte byggingen av flere av de lokale byggverkene, slik som slottet, katedralen og forsvarsverkene.[3] Senere biskoper har utvidet og befestet byen, de utvidet også slottet.[4]
Kroměříž ble rammet hardt under tredveårskrigen og plyndret gjentatte ganger av svenske tropper. Samtidig ble byen også rammet av pestutbrudd. Etter krigen ble byen gjenoppbygget av biskop Karl II von Liechtenstein-Kastelkorn.[5] Karl II utvidet slottet og bygget lysthagen som også er innskrevet sammen med slottet på verdensarvlisten.
I 1848 og 1849 var Kroměříž vertskap for det østerrikske Kremsier-parlamentet som var ett forsøk på å gjøre Østerrike til et konstitusjonelt monarki i etterkant av revolusjonene i 1848. Parlamentet utformet den svært kortvarige Kremsiergrunnloven og ble så oppløst.
