Erik Ole Christian Ulfsby (født 2. oktober 1970) er en norsk skuespiller og regissør, fra januar 2011 teatersjef ved Det Norske Teateret.[2] Han er utdannet ved Statens Teaterhøgskole og har som skuespiller blant annet vært tilknyttet Trøndelag Teater og Den Nationale Scene.

Ulfsby debuterte som regissør med Oleanna ved Teatret Vårt i Molde og har senere regissert en hel rekke forestillinger. Blant de mest omtalte kan nevnes Bollywood Ibsen - Fruen fra Det indiske hav (Heddaprisen 2006 som Årets teaterprosjekt) og Elektra, begge ved Oslo Nye Teater. Videre Rudyard Kipling Jungelboka (2008, Heddaprisen 2009 for beste barne- og ungdomsforestilling) og Jesus Christ Superstar (2009), begge ved Det Norske Teatret.
Ulfsby har mottatt Komiprisen to ganger (regi) for henholdsvis Bye & Rønning prøver keiserens nye klær (2006) og Marit Voldsæters Med ræven i fatle (2007).
I forbindelse med sin ansettelse som teatersjef ved Det Norske Teateret uttalte Ulfsby til Klassekampen: «Jeg vil ha ungdom, finansfolk og innvandrere i salen. For å klare det, tar jeg en John Carew».[3] Han er gift med popmusiker og filmskuespiller Ingrid Olava og omtales av egne ansatte som «turbo-Erik».[trenger referanse]
Ulfsby ble i 2018 oppnevnt som ny styreleder i Språkrådet.[4]
