Stephen Morgan Fisher (fødd 1. januar 1950) er ein engelsk klaverspelar og komponist, og mest kjend som medlem i Mott the Hoople tidleg i 1970-åra. Gjennom karrieren har han drive med mykje forskjellig innan musikk og er framleis aktiv i musikkindustrien. I nyare år har han òg arbeidd med fotografi.
