De 24 uur van Daytona 1966 was de 5e editie van deze endurancerace. Het was tevens de eerste keer dat het een 24-uursrace was, nadat vorige edities over 3 uur of 2000 kilometer waren gehouden. De race werd verreden op 5 en 6 februari 1966 op de Daytona International Speedway nabij Daytona Beach, Florida.
