Jãnuvas [1] (lenk. Janów) – kaimas Lenkijos šiaurės rytuose, 21 km į vakarus nuo Sokulkos ir 39 km į šiaurę nuo vaivadijos centro Balstogės. Kaime įsikūrusi Januvo Šv. Jurgio parapija.

Nuo VIII a. pr. m. e. iki XIX a. šioje teritorijoje gyveno lietuviams artima baltų gentis – jotvingiai. Nuo XIII-XIV a. iki 1795 m. kaimas priklausė Lietuvos Didžiajai Kunigaikštystei. XIX a. buvo miestelis Sokulkos apskrityje.[2]
1975-1998 m. priklausė Balstogės vaivadijai.
