Antalksnė – kaimas Ignalinos rajono savivaldybės vakaruose, Aukštaitijos nac. parke. Seniūnaitijos centras.

Kaimas apsuptas ežerų: šiaurės vakaruose telkšo Alksnas, šiaurės rytuose – Asalnykštis, Asalnai o pietryčiuose – Lūšykštis. Antalksnės kaimo reljefas yra nevienodas, vyrauja kalnai, šlaitai ir daubos. Vyrauja spygliuočiai ir lapuočiai, priėjimas prie ežero yra neblogas. Vakarinėje kaimo pusėje yra nedidelis Antalksnės piliakalnis, archeologai nustatė kad jis yra akmens amžiaus. Kaimo plotas – 5,22 km².
1920 m., kai dalis Lietuvos buvo okupuota Lenkijos, Antalksnė buvo abiejų valstybių pasienyje. Pabiržės pusiasalis buvo Lenkija, o Antalksnė – Lietuva. Lenkų pasieniečiai buvo labai žiaurūs su Lietuvos pasieniečiais ir gyventojais, vieną lietuvį pasienietį mirtinai užbadė durklais.
Sovietmečiu kaime buvo įsteigtas „Atžalyno“ kolūkis.
Kaimo pavadinimas kilęs iš ežero pavadinimo – Alksnas, pirmą kartą rašytiniuose šaltiniuose kaimas paminėtas 1554 metais.
Antalksnės kaimo bendruomenė, yra viena iš aktyviausių bendruomenių rajone. Bendruomenės dėka, sukurtas vadinamasis „Antalksnės kalnelis“ su skulptūromis ir atidaryta kaimo estrada. Kaimo bendruomenės pirmininkas – Raimondas Žievys.
