Iosiah Bartlett (natus in Amesbury, Massachusettae die 21 Novembris 1729; mortuus in Kingston, Novae Hantoniae die 19 Maii 1795), medicus et postea iudex, fuit politicorum peritus Americanus unus ex Conditoribus Civitatum Foederatarum. Nam Bartlett, qui inter alia ab Conventui Continentali ut Novae Hantoniae legatus adfuit, Declarationem Libertatis subscripsit.
