Ioannes Eduardus de Quay, vulgo plene Jan Eduard de Quay (natus ad Silvam Ducis die 26 Augusti 1901; mortuus in Cuijk die 4 Iulii 1985), alumnus Universitatis Rheno-Traiectina, professor apud collegium catholicum Tilliburgensem et politicorum peritus, fuit Nederlandiae primus minister a die 19 Maii 1959 ad 24 Iulii 1963.
