Pactio liberi commercii Europae centralis[1] (acronymo Anglico CEFTA) est pactio civitatum quae adhuc extra Unionem Europaeam remanent sed ad eam accedere volunt. Propositum est liberum commercium inter civitates socias et inter eas et Unionem Europaeam creare et ita accessionem ad unionem praeparare.
