Ibri (arab. عبري, 'Ibrī) on Omanin pohjoisosan Hajarvuoriston länsiosan eteläpuolella sijaitseva historiallinen kaupunki.[1][2] Se on az-Zahiran kuvernoraatin hallinnollinen keskus.[3][4] Ibri on myös yksi Omanin aluehallinnon 2. tason 61:stä piirikunnasta (wilaya).[1][3]
Ibri sijaitsee linnuntietä noin 218 kilometriä pääkaupunki Masqatista länteen.
Ibrin nimi juontuu tarinan mukaan 'ibriyyun-heimon nimestä. Heimo polveutuu puolestaan perimätiedon mukaan profeetta Hudista. Heimon nykyinen pääalue on kuitenkin al-Hamrassa lähellä Nizwaa, eikä sillä ole juurikaan tekemistä nykyisen kaupungin kanssa. Ibri oli oman piirikuntansa keskus jo ibadilaisen imamaatin aikana. 1800-luvulla sitä hallitsivat jonkin aikaa myös wahhabilaiset. Brittiläisten laivaston upseerien yrittäessä ensimmäisinä eurooppalaisina vierailla kaupungissa vuonna 1836 heidän piti kääntyä takaisin wahhabilaisten takia. Tilanne oli muuttunut siihen mennessä, kun brittijournalisti J. Morris vieraili paikalla vuonna 1955.[5]
Ibrin kaupungin väkiluku on kehittynyt seuraavasti: 25 000 (VL 2003) ja 30 273 (VL 2010). Koko 32 697 neliökilometrin laajuisen Ibrin piirikunnan väkiluku oli 116 416 as. (2010)[1] ja 138 234 (2013), joista omanilaisten osuus oli 71,6 prosenttia.[3] Kaupungin nykyiset kaksi pääasiallista heimoa ovat ya'akib ja banu kalban.[5]
