Veliki Ustjug (ven. Вели́кий У́стюг) on kaupunki Vologdan alueella Venäjällä, Suhona- ja Jugjokien yhtymäkohdassa. Kaupungissa on 28 266 asukasta (2023)[1].

Paikkakunnan ensimmäinen asutus oli Gledenin luostari. Kaupunki on mainittu kronikoissa ensi kertaa vuonna 1207, jolloin se kuului Vladimir-Suzdalin ruhtinaskuntaan. Kaupunki oli merkittävä kaupan keskus, mutta menetti merkitystään kun Suhonan merkitys kauppareittinä Kiinaan väheni, etenkin Suezin kanava aukeamisen 1869 myötä.
Veliki Ustjugin lähistöllä on venäläisen Joulupukin, Pakkasukon virallinen asuinpaikka. Kaupunkia on markkinoitu Pakkasukon kotina vuodesta 1998, joka on vaikuttanut kaupungin matkailutoiminnan kehittymiseen.[2]
