Mănăstireni [mənəstirenj] (hungare: Magyargyerőmonostor madjardjereo:monoŝtor) estas komunumo en Rumanio okcidente de Cluj-Napoca. Administre al ĝi apartenas Bedeciu, Dretea, Ardeova, Mănăşturu Românesc, Bica.
En 1910 ĝi havis 2 197 loĝantojn (rumanoj, hungaroj), en 1992 780 (rumanoj, 28% hungaroj). Ĝia unua mencio estas en 1332.
En la mezepoko ĝi estis servutulvilaĝo. Ĝis 1919 ĝi apartenis al Hungario (Kolozs vármegye). En la kalvinana preĝejo la orienta pentrita ĥorejo estas farita en 1758 de Lorenco Umling pli maljuna.
