Η Επαρχία Σιρνάκ (τουρκικά: Şırnak ili, κουρδικά: Parêzgeha Şirnex) είναι Τουρκική επαρχία στην Νοτιοανατολική Ανατολία. Η επαρχία συνορεύει με το Ιράκ και την Συρία. Η Επαρχία Σιρνάκ αποσπάστηκε νομικά από την Επαρχία Σιίρτ στις 16 Μαΐου του 1990. Επίσης, ο νόμος απέσπασε αρκετές επαρχίες από τους γειτονικούς νομούς Σιίρτ και Μαρντίν, κάνοντάς τες μέρος της επαρχίας Σιρνάκ, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των επαρχιών Τσίζρε και Σιλόπι.

Σύμφωνα με εκτίμηση, ο πληθυσμός ανερχόταν στα 475,255 άτομα το 2013.[3] Η πλειοψηφία της επαρχίας του πληθυσμού είναι Κούρδοι.[4]
Η επαρχία έχει κουρδική πλειοψηφία[5] και αποτελεί τμήμα του Τουρκικού Κουρδιστάν.[6]
Η επαρχία συνορεύει με την Επαρχία Σιίρτ στα βόρεια, με την Επαρχία Βαν στα βορειοανατολικά, με την Επαρχία Μαρντίν στα δυτικά, με την Επαρχία Μπατμάν στα βορειοδυτικά, με τη Συρία στα νοτιοδυτικά και με το Ιράκ στα νοτιοανατολικά.[7] Η Επαρχία Σιρνάκ έχει ορισμένες ορεινές περιοχές στα δυτικά και τα νότια, αλλά και η πλειοψηφία της επαρχίας αποτελείται από οροπέδια, με αποτέλεσμα να διασχίζεται από αρκετά ποτάμια. Σ'αυτούς περιλαμβάνεται ο Τίγρης ποταμός, ο ποταμός Χεζίλ, ο ποταμός Κιζίλσου και ο ποταμός Τσαγκλαγιάν. Τα πιο σημαντικά βουνά είναι το Τζουντί (με 2089 μέτρα),[8] το Γκαμπάρ, το Ναμάζ και το Αλτίν. Είναι η φτωχότερη επαρχία της Τουρκίας.
