Bratislava (nome eslovacu anterior: Prešporok, Prešpurek, Prešpurk; alemán Pressburg, Preßburg; húngaru Pozsony[2]) ye la ciudá más grande y capital d'Eslovaquia. Tien una superficie de 367,58 km². Ellí viven cerca de 426.000 habitantes (2005). La ciudá allúgase na saya del macizu Malé Karpaty, a la vera del ríu Danubiu. Ta dividida en 17 distritos urbanos (mestské časti).
