Harding is 'n dorp in die suidooste van KwaZulu-Natal, Suid-Afrika. Die dorp het 'n bevolking van 9 544 in 2011 gehad[1] en is 55 km oos van Kokstad.

Die dorp het ontstaan as 'n militêre buitepos wat in 1874 gestig is nadat Griekwaland-Oos tot die Kaapkolonie geannekseer is deur Brittanje en is na sir Walter Harding vernoem. Harding het in 1911 munisipale status verkry en is vandag die kommersiële sentrum vir die bosbou- en suiweldistrik. 'n Smal spoorlyn het die dorp in 1917 bereik.
