Technically this image cannot be licensed to any one person or organisation as the artefact in question is medieval and therefore the crafter/author has been dead for several centuries. Also, one could consider this item part of the World Cultural Heritage, since it is one of the few remaining examples of lavishly decorated and illustrated Carolingian Manuscripts.
