包(粵拼:baau1),又叫飽(「飽」音、義同「包」,但義只限食用包[1]),係一種主食,多數係拎麪粉團去焗、蒸又或者煎。包最少要有麪粉同水。通常都加啲鹽;有時都會加酵母呢類膨鬆劑。包通常都會加啲其他食物令到佢有唔同味,或者唔同樣。道道地方都有佢唔同嘅包。
麪包(min6 baau1;俗寫做麵包、麵飽、麵麭[2])通常係講焗製嘅西式包。
包裏面可以加啲「餡」(即係包皮囊豬、牛、雞、羊肉,海鮮,菜或者果醬)。有餡包有好多種:
西方嘅包極少有餡(即係一大舊俾包皮包實嗰種)。其實平日啲人話三文治有餡,概念上同中式包嘅餡有出入。
