葛子,又譯粗磨榖粉[1],為一種玉米磨製成大約為1毫米至2毫米粒徑的食品,用於煮。常見於中國東北南部和美國南方(稱為grits)。美國人煮後加入奶油食用,在大連則不加其它佐料,稱為葛子粥。
