新加坡永續發展與環境部（馬來語：Kementerian Kelestarian dan Alam Sekitar；英語：Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment； 坦米爾語：நீடித்த நிலைத்தன்மை, சுற்றுப்புற அமைச்சு），縮寫為「MSE」，是新加坡政府轄下的部門，原名為新加坡環境與水資源部。它主要負責為新加坡國民提供優質的生活環境和維持新加坡的永續發展。
新加坡環境與水源部始建於1972年，當時是兩個部門：國家環境局和公用事業局。它們主要負責確保生活環境的乾淨衛生，以及管理完整的水循環系統（採購，收集，淨化，提供飲用）、生水處理、海水淡化、雨水排除。
