头臂干[1][2]（brachiocephalic trunk）即头臂动脉干，为主动脉弓的第一条分支，主要供应头部右侧、右颈，右臂血流的总动脉干。头臂干在向右上方纵贯颈根部后，分出右锁骨下动脉和右颈总动脉。

头臂干另有许多异名，如：头肱干、头肱动脉干、头臂动脉（brachiocephalic artery）、头肱动脉、无名动脉（innominate artery）。
头臂干位于纵隔内，在其自主动脉弓分出之后，主动脉弓随即分出右颈总动脉及右锁骨下动脉。本动脉仅位于身体右侧，左侧的颈总动脉及锁骨下动脉皆由主动脉弓直接分出，不过两侧皆有头臂静脉。
