葡国鸡

葡国鸡（葡萄牙语：Galinha à Portuguesa）是澳门菜的特色菜之一。以鸡肉、马铃薯，胡萝卜、洋葱、加入椰子汁、姜黄粉，焖煮而成。常佐以白饭。^[1]^[2]虽然名为葡国鸡，但这道菜并非葡萄牙原有的，而是地道的澳门菜。^[1]^[3]调制葡国鸡的调味汁（称为葡汁）亦可以烹调蔬菜，如葡汁烩四蔬。
