欧仁妮·布朗夏尔（法语：Eugénie Blanchard，发音：[øʒeni blɑ̃ʃaʁ]；[1]，1896年2月16日—2010年11月4日[1]），法国超级人瑞女性。2008年5月25日成为法国最年长者[2]，自日本琉球人知念蒲于2010年5月2日辞世后，继位为在世最年长者[3]。2010年11月4日，她在圣巴泰勒米岛上的安养院去世，终年114岁261天[1]。她去世后，由巴西妇女玛丽亚·戈梅斯·瓦伦廷成为最年长者[1]。其一生有大多的时间当修女[2]。
