《被子植物APG II分类法（修订版）》是由被子植物种系发生学组（APG）于2003年发表的，基于1998年所发表的《被子植物APG分类法》之修订版，在吸收了全世界大部分植物分类学家的意见，2009年发表《被子植物APG III分类法》，2016年更新到《APG IV》。目前已经在现代的参考文献中占很重要的地位。
