下萨克森语（德语：Niedersächsisch），又称西低地德语（德语：Westniederdeutsch），是一系列低地德语方言的总称，分布于德国西北部、荷兰东部。它与东低地德语一起构成了低地德语。
方言
日耳曼语族下的分类很难准确定义；大多数都有渐变群的性质，邻近的方言互相能够交流，距离较远的则不能。不过可以认为，大多数西低地德语方言是古萨克逊语的后裔，或受古萨克逊语的强烈影响。
