油饭,是台湾一种传统的米食料理,通常是以熟的糯米,拌入香的佐料。佐料常见的有腊肉腊肠、肉丝、香菇红葱酥、干鱿鱼花生等等,并以麻油酱油调味。

根据台湾地区人民的传统习俗,家中若有婴儿出生,会在其满月时烹煮麻油鸡油饭祭祖并分送亲友以示庆祝,并且会因婴儿性别来决定油饭内是否添加鸡腿。[1]
