卡斯伯特

卡斯伯特（Cuthbert、约634年—687年3月20日）是7世纪诺森布里亚的一位凯尔特圣人。他曾在古梅尔罗斯和林迪斯法恩等地传教。他不仅是中世纪英格兰北部最重要的圣人之一，也是诺森伯兰的主保圣人。其遗体现存于英国达勒姆座堂。

卡斯伯特生长于古梅尔罗斯附近，曾在圣艾丹逝世之夜观察到天上的异像。然而在成为僧侣之前似乎还曾于军队服役。655年之后不久在里彭加入教会^[5]，684年成为林迪斯法恩主教，不过在两年后就因感觉来日无多而离职。^[6] 他的遗体原先葬在林迪斯法恩，但后来被人掘出，发现遗体竟然没有腐坏，久经波折后最终搬移到达勒姆座堂。
