遆靠山（1938年2月—2013年2月9日），男，陝西華陰人，中華人民共和國政治人物。曾任第七屆、第八屆陝西省政協副主席，中共延安地委書記。
遆靠山一直在延安地區工作。曾歷任延安地區水電局局長，延長、富縣、洛川等縣的縣委書記；1986年，擔任延安地區行政公署副專員；1988年，升任行署專員；1990年，任中共延安地委書記、延安軍分區黨委第一書記，兼延安大學黨委書記。1996年，被增選為第七屆陝西省政協副主席；1998年，連任；2003年，屆滿退休。[1]
