《歌本》（意大利文：Il Canzoniere，英文：Song Book），又稱《薄霧集》或《霧凇稀疏》（意大利文：Rime Sparse），但最初的題目為《Rerum vulgarium fragmenta》。是一本詩集，由意大利詩人、人文主義作家法蘭西斯科·佩脫拉克編輯而成。
1327年，一位名為勞拉的女士在亞維儂的聖克萊教堂（Sainte-Claire）出演 Rime sparse（「離散的旋律」）的身影，激起了他持續很久的創作衝動。於是，他寫了366首詩，其中大部分為十四行詩，佔317首。[1]後來的那些沿襲他風格的文藝復興詩人把這366首詩的合集稱為《歌本》。[2]雖然佩脫拉克常用拉丁文寫作，並認為意大利語用於吟詩作文還不夠成熟，但《歌本》的語言卻使用意大利市井常用的白話。[3]
