伊賴姆

伊賴姆（阿拉伯語：إرم‎，羅馬化：Iram），或稱有高柱的伊賴姆（阿拉伯語：إرم ذات العماد‎，羅馬化：Iram dhāt al-ʿimād），是《古蘭經》中提到的一個已經消失的地名或部落名。

早在中世紀，阿拉伯作者就對伊賴姆的位置提出了多種說法，如亞蘭（大馬士革）、亞歷山大、也門等。^[1]1998年，業餘考古學家尼古拉斯·克拉普（英語：Nicholas Clapp）提出伊賴姆就是傳說中的烏巴爾，並認定其為希斯爾遺址，^[2]但專業學者多對此持否定態度，^[3]甚至克拉普本人後來也不再堅持此說。^[4]目前稍微可信一些的說法是伊賴姆位於拉姆乾谷一帶，因為拉姆山（英語：Jabal Ram）腳下的拉特神廟有一些銘文提到了伊賴姆，還可能提到了與之有關的阿德人。^[5][6]
