α-葡聚醣

α-葡聚糖（alpha glucan）是指由α-葡萄糖^{[註 1]}聚合形成的聚糖^[1]。澱粉（包括直鏈澱粉和支鏈澱粉）、糖原均屬於α-葡聚糖。在澱粉和糖原分子中，主鏈的不同單體之間由α-1,4-糖苷鍵聚合而成，在形成支鏈處，會有α-1,6-糖苷鍵存在^[2][3]。另外，已有人工合成以α-1,3-糖苷鍵聚合的α-葡聚糖的報導^[4]。
