劉光甫（1923年10月—2017年4月26日），安徽合肥人。1939年加入中國共產黨，1938年參加廬江縣抗日救亡工作團。曾獲三級獨立自由勳章、二級解放勳章。
1938年，參加廬江縣抗日救亡工作團。1940年，參加新四軍，歷任新四軍江北游擊縱隊新8團政治幹事、連指導員，第2師4旅連指導員、後升任華東野戰軍第21軍第63師副團長。中華人民共和國成立後，任第21軍第63師參謀長。1954年從解放軍軍事學院畢業後，歷任軍事學院三系副主任，某師師長，某軍參謀長，北京衛戍區副司令員兼參謀長[1][2]。1978年，任總參謀部情報部部長，蘭州軍區參謀長、副司令員。
2017年4月26日，在北京逝世[3]。
