陳與年，中華民國官員。福建閩縣人，清秀才出身，畢業於早稻田大學法科。
早年參與《公債論》與《日本民事訴訟法論綱》的譯製[1]。民國二年，二次革命失敗，福建省都督孫道仁離職、北洋軍閥李厚基入閩後被委任為福寧府知府。廢府後轉任霞浦縣知事[2]。離職後將省公款帶到福州賭博輸盡，遭到通緝潛逃上海。民國16年（1927年）福建北洋政府垮台後才改名回到福州。[3]
