黏菌素

黏菌素（Colistin），又名克痢黴素、多黏菌素E，是一種多黏菌素類多肽抗生素，是兩種環狀多肽——黏菌素A和B的混合物。可由多黏芽肥桿菌變種黏菌素（Bacillus polymyxa var. colistinus）產生。對多數革蘭氏陰性菌有效，但具腎毒性與神經毒性，故被視為「最後一線藥物」^[1]。
