全緩（?—?），南朝梁、南朝陳時學者，字弘立，祖籍吳郡錢塘（今浙江杭州）。
全緩年少時從博士褚仲都學習《易經》，認真學習，於是精通。南梁時歷任王國侍郎、國子助教，專講《詩經》、《易經》。梁敬帝時，擔任尚書水部郎。陳朝建立，到陳宣帝太建年間，累遷鎮南始興王府諮議參軍，得病而卒。全緩研究《周易》、《老子》、《莊子》，為當時治玄學者所推重。但是沒有《易》著傳世。
