噻蒽

噻蒽（化學式：C₁₂H₈S₂）是一種含硫雜環化合物，易被氧化。

結構

類似於其它1,4-二噻英，但不同於其氧代類似物二苯並二噁英，噻蒽的形狀不是平面的，而是彎曲的，兩個苯並基團間的摺疊角為128°。^[1][2][3]

製備

噻蒽可以通過在氯化鋁存在下用二氯化二硫和苯的反應製備。^[4]

歷史

John Stenhouse第一次通過苯磺酸鈉的乾餾製備出噻蒽。^[5] 它可以被硫酸氧化，形成紅色的自由基陽離子^[6]，該離子C₁₂H₈S₂^•+通過電子順磁共振表徵。四種不同的文獻描述了C₁₂H₈S₂^•+鹽的晶體結構。^[7]
