在挪威,棕奶酪(挪威语:brunost)、红奶酪(挪威语:raudost)、山羊奶酪(挪威语:geitost)或乳清奶酪(挪威语:mysost)是对棕色奶酪的统称,其主要成分为乳清。棕奶酪是将乳清加热,把水份蒸发后形成的焦糖化团块,同时加入奶油及牛奶调味,因此这种芝士呈红色,味道偏甜。
